ABOUT  THE  SPACE

 
Set on the top floor of this impressive Victorian built building, the apartment is spacious and has lots of natural light, renovated to a high standard the apartment is well insulated making it nice and cosy. 

The apartment is accessed via a communal hall with space for pushchairs etc, accessed via one flight of stairs once in the apartment is all on one level.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a large closet. There is a tv and plenty of drawer space available. Views into town and mountains as a back drop make the window seat an ideal place to have a morning coffee.

The Double room has plenty of storage space and a nice dressing table to get ready for our day.

The family room has two single slay beds separated by a shared bedsides table, here you will find a touch effect lamp.

In the same room is a set of bunk beds and a chest of draws along with a small tv.

The lounge kitchen / dinner is a great open plan space where the whole family or friends can kick back and relax. Large extending table seats 6 and the large L shaped sofa set up has plenty of space for everyone to watch tv and relax. light and airy, the sunsets from the sky light are quite spectacular and this room has everything you need for a great stay.

A built in dishwasher and a 60/40 fridge freezer and all the utensils you will need for your stay. A high chair is provided and all the information for your stay and a selection of books are located on the book shelf.

On the landing there is plenty of space for coats and shoes and this is where you will find the family bathroom with bath, overhead shower and a sink, the toilet is just down the half landing.
